Know Your Size
It is important to know if you can fit into our sizes.
We do not merely provide general size charts and have instead personally hand measured each item to ensure that you can fit well where necessary.
We have included the instructions on how to have your measurements readily available for each type of item for you to compare agains the sizing information we provide.
With this additional steps, we hope to assure you of always getting the items at the right fit for you.
Due to this, we generally do not provide any refund or exchange for items due to incorrect sizing.
We currently accept payments by Local Bank Transfer through iBanking, ATM Transfer and Inter-Banking for all local orders
An option to pay by Credit/Debit card via Paypal will be included upon your order as well. You do not need a Paypal account. This will improve in the near future for direct integration with our shopping engine.
Upon your purchase submission, you will be receiving a confirmation email with the necessary payment details.
All payments must be made within 48 hours otherwise your order will be automatically rejected and cancelled. You may still re-order at this point.
Upon the confirmation of the required transactions, we will proceed to process your order.
We currently do not accept direct online international orders. This will improve in the near future for direct integration with our shopping engine.

Delivery Methods & Charges
We uphold integrity with our quick and efficient delivery. We hand-pack every order ourselves to assure there are no errors. We want you to get your orders as soon as possible so you can enjoy the quality products you have ordered sooner.
All deliveries will be done by mail via SingPost.
You will have the option to choose between Normal and Registered Mail.
Your order is processed within 48 hours and mailed out as soon possible.
Items are expected to arrive within 1-2 business days as stated by SingPost though late arrivals does happen on certain occasions eg. peak periods.
Delivery charges will depend on weight of total items ordered. We believe this is a fairer method as opposed to a per item charge basis.
We believe in our local mail system for normal mail and do not enforce a registered postage option though we will not be fully responsible for items lost in transition.
Should you wish to opt for registered mail, there will be an additional flat charge of $2.50 per order and you will receive a registered article tracking number.
Currently all International orders and delivery will be communicated via email upon your order through our contact form.
Returns & Exchange
We carefully inspect all our products for quality to meet with your every satisfaction. All items sold are non-refundable with the exception of any item with manufacturing defects which we may have missed though this is a rarity.
Should you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to a full refund. All, we request is for you to return the items in intact condition. You may also request an exchange with an in-stock item of similar value. For a higher replacement value, a top-up is required for the difference. No refund will be offered for a replacement of lower value in an exchange.
We only accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed and which are in their original packaging. The delivery costs and risks incurred by returns are your responsibility and the original delivery charges are non-refundable.
All returned items must be sent to us within 14 days from the date of invoice or 7 days from the date of receipt whichever is earlier. For international orders, items have to be returned to us within 30 days from the date of invoice or 15 days from the date of receipt whichever is earlier.
As we have given specific instructions to "Know Your Size" prior to purchase, we currently do not accept exchanges if the item is an incorrect fit though we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
